Important Camp Information
Summer Camp
The following are some points each member needs to be aware of:
Conduct is to be at the highest level at all times and please show courtesy to each other, to instructors, parents, and committee members - no bad language, name-calling or similar.
If you have any problems, be sure to talk to one of the committee members who will be at camp every day.
Senior Riders please be helpful to younger members, lots of whom are new to camp.
PARENTS, please make us aware of any health problems your child may have. Also if ponies have any vices or problems, e.g. crib biting, wind sucking, weaving, stable-walking, etc. it is essential that we know about it, as you will be asked to take your pony home at night time if this is the case.
Nobody is to leave, without making sure that his or her stable is clean and the bedding removed on the last day of camp. Also, please check out with the DC.
On Friday evening it is imperative that parents are available to take down stabling before they leave. Please consult with the DC.
Prize giving presentation will take place on Friday afternoon, time to be decided, parents and family members may like to attend. If any of you could bring sandwiches or cakes for this occasion we would be truly delighted.
